an expert from the next county or state to tell you what to do?
You don’t…….but you might need fresh eyes and relevant experience to see the “forest for the trees” and help you understand that it’s not “one darn thing after another…..it's a few darn things over and over and over.” Remember the definition of insanity? It’s doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results! A good consultant doesn’t tell you what to do. A good consultant gives you new ways to look at old problems and then YOU DECIDE!
