Our firm is staffed full time by husband and wife team, Randy Gleason and Debbie Pagett-Gleason. Randy is the Principal Consultant and Debbie provides accounting and administrative support. Senior consultants are often used in a team approach to tailor to the client’s specific needs.

We established the firm after we received multiple requests to provide consulting services based on our track record of success throughout their long-term corporate careers. Because the requests were so prevalent and the need turned out to be so universal, a team approach made the most sense.

In most instances, we’ve “been there and done that.” The issues are remarkably the same for large institutional corporations and small to medium “family” businesses. Our real specialty is working with medium to small size organizations where the executive team can accept change resulting in the most profitable outcome for the owners.
