Randy Gleason Consulting, LLC was formed to assist Business and Professional Organizations in five distinct areas:
(1) Executive Coaching,
(2) Facilitation,
(3) Mediation
(4) Organizational Assessment, and
(5) Scenario and Strategic Planning.
Immediately prior to joining Randy Gleason Consulting, LLC, I served as Executive Assistant to the Director of Economic Development at Mesa del Sol/Forest City Covington. Mesa del Sol is a new community of 13,000 undeveloped acreage just south of the Albuquerque Airport which, when completed, will house 100,000 residents. We started with a totally undeveloped property.
Prior to Mesa del Sol, for 30 plus years, I worked in the banking industry in both Ohio and New Mexico. From 1985 until 2005, I served in several increasingly higher level administrative support positions with what is now Wells Fargo Bank/New Mexico. Prior to that, I was in high school!
Because I share a commitment to Community Service, I volunteered for the Rotary Club of Albuquerque, the UNM Hospital Service League and the UNM Children’s Hospitals.
In a more formal volunteer role, I served with my husband as the Rotary District 5520 District Governor Couple for 2000-2001. Including preparation and the actual service year, that was a commitment of almost three years. That territory included all of New Mexico and seven counties of West Texas and required extensive travel throughout the district as well as domestic and international trips.
My education includes an Associate Degree in Executive Secretarial Sciences from Sinclair Community College in Dayton, Ohio and a Certified Professional Secretary designation (inactive) from Professional Secretaries International. Dayton, Ohio
Randy and I are the parents of two terrific sons who have brought much joy into our lives by choosing good, smart, gorgeous women to marry and with whom they have produced the brightest granddaughter and grandsons the world has ever known!
