Board

Realizing “transparency is the only method of communication that works consistently,” the development of a board (advisory or otherwise) provides multiple levels of input and ideas that can keep your organization fresh and energetic.

Executive

Knowing the sign of a good leader is “one who occasionally gets ahead of their followers,” the next step is to engage in scenario planning in anticipation of the changes ahead.

Strategic

Remembering that “culture eats strategy for lunch,” a total assessment of the organization will provide the framework for organizational change that creates growth and profitability.

RRG Consulting LLC

Randy Gleason Consulting, LLC was formed to assist Business and Professional Organizations in five distinct areas:

(1) Executive Coaching,
(2) Facilitation,
(3) Mediation
(4) Organizational Assessment, and
(5) Scenario and Strategic Planning.

The Firm was established after several requests to provide these services based on the long-term corporate careers of both Debbie and Randy. Because the requests were so prevalent and the need turned out to be so universal, we decided a team approach made the most sense.

Our real interest is in Medium to Small size business where the executive team can accept change with the most profitable results to the owners.
